Scaling Arca from Startup to Institutional Leader
When I joined Arca, the firm was at a crossroads. As a leader in crypto finance, they were dealing with a massive identity gap as their internal brand assets were fragmented. Everything lacked a centralized visual authority. My mission was to build Arca’s first in-house creative vision from the ground up, turning a startup look into a sophisticated brand that high-net-worth institutional investors could trust.
The Strategy
Defining the Institutional Standard
I established a Global Brand System. This moved Arca away from the typical crypto aesthetic and toward a polished, powerhouse identity built on the visual language of stability and future-forward finance.
Architecting the Arca Labs Identity
As the firm’s innovation arm, Arca Labs needed to look technical without losing the parent brand's DNA. I developed a sub-brand identity that signaled a cutting-edge focus while remaining tethered to Arca's core values.
I led the complete creation of the Arca Labs corporate site and built a dedicated digital home for the Labs team, focusing on a high-conversion UX for institutional visitors.
Sales Enablement & Investor Relations
In the world of TradFi, your pitch deck is your reputation. I focused on making our data look as professional as our strategies. I transformed dense, complex financial data into sophisticated sales presentations that actually made sense to institutional-grade investors.
From white papers to monthly fund reports, I created a system where every PDF and printed leave-behind radiated brand authority.
Building the Source of Truth
Scalability only works if the brand stays consistent without me in the room. I authored a digital brand guide that allowed freelancers and external partners to execute on-brand assets without constant guidance.
