Orchestrating High-Stakes Brand Activations

During my time in sports event marketing, I operated at the intersection of creative strategy and tactical execution for pharmaceutical, medical device, and non-profit clients. I transform high-level marketing concepts into tangible human experiences. From designing immersive environmental graphics to managing on-site logistics for large-scale activations, I ensured every touchpoint was on-brand and optimized for engagement. 

Akron Marathon

To drive digital engagement for Novo Nordisk, I pitched and executed a custom-illustrated booth experience that bridged the gap between physical and social.

I integrated a live social wall that tracked specific tags on Instagram and X, triggering real-time on-booth printing for every attendee post.

To ensure the strategic vision was flawlessly executed, I traveled on-site to manage the installation and technical workflow. The result was a high-traffic activation that transformed passive attendees into active brand advocates, significantly boosting the event’s digital footprint through seamless, incentivized social sharing.

Steps to Advance Literacy 5K

For the ILA Steps to Advance Literacy 5K in Boston, I pitched and developed a bespoke visual identity centered on custom pattern illustrations. I acted as the sole creative lead, designing and implementing the UI/UX for the event’s website and registration platform to ensure a seamless participant journey.

This modular graphic system was scaled across a comprehensive suite of branding assets, including environmental signage, custom race bibs, and event t-shirts. By bridging high-energy aesthetic branding with a functional digital strategy, I delivered a cohesive, professional experience that elevated the event’s profile and drove record-breaking community engagement.

New Jersey Marathon

For the New Jersey Marathon, I designed a high-impact activation booth for Novo Nordisk that blended brand storytelling with athlete engagement. I led the creative direction, developing large-scale environmental graphics, light boxes, and a spatial layout optimized for high-traffic flow during race weekend.

The design prioritized a balance of clinical authority and community wellness, creating an inviting space for participants to connect with the brand. Beyond the aesthetic, I ensured the structural elements were functional for on-site operations, resulting in a professional, immersive brand presence that successfully drove engagement and visibility at one of the region's premier athletic events.
